The Eatontown Handicap is an American Thoroughbred horse race held annually at Monmouth Park Racetrack in Oceanport, New Jersey. Raced in mid June, it is open to fillies & mares, three years of age and older. It is contested on turf over a distance of 1 116 miles (8.5 furlongs) and currently offers a purse of $100,000 plus a trophy.

First run in 1971, the Grade III Eatontown is named for Eatontown, New Jersey, a Borough near the Monmouth Park track.

In 1972, 1973, 1976, 1980, 1981, 1986 and 1987, it was run in two divisions. In 2006, the race was run on dirt.
