Elachista essymena is a moth of the Elachistidae family. It is found in Australia, where it has been recorded from Tasmania.
The wingspan is about 8.7 mm. The ground colour of the forewings is pale bluish grey, with dark grey-tipped scales. The hindwings are grey.[1]
