Ischnocnema ramagii is a species of frog in the Brachicephalidae family. It is endemic to Brazil. It was also known as Eleutherodactylus ramagii. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and rocky areas. It is threatened by habitat loss.
