Enchelycore octaviana is a moray eel found in coral reefs from the Gulf of California to Peru.[1] It was first named by Myers and Wade in 1941,[1] and is commonly known as the Slenderjaw moray.[2]
Its habitat is at depths of 3-36 meters. They reach a length of 91 cm and are carnivorous.
