Enterprise Bank or formally known as Enterprise Bank, Inc. (formerly known as the New Rural Bank of Lianga) is a savings bank established on 10 May 1976 as a community based Rural Bank. The bank started the establishment of branches in 1994 when the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas deregulated the banking industry. Fifteen branches were established in several parts of Caraga Region, Davao Provinces, Misamis Oriental and Cebu.
On October 1, 2012, the bank formally started its operation as a thrift bank as authorized by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
