Erie Suzan (born December 30, 1978) is an Indonesian dangdut singer. Suzan had began garnered fame with her hits single, titled "Mabuk Duit" and releasing her self-titled album in 1993.

Early life and career

Erie Suzan was born on December 30, 1978, on Lamongan, East Java. Suzan began joining several festival of dangdut, pop and rock singer in East Java and winning first prize in competition. After that, Suzan moved to Jakarta as it gets record prize, but was postponed due to still shortly age. In addition, Suzan became a singer accompanist in some artist music show, such as international singer Anggun C. Sasmi and icon rock band Slank.

Later, Suzan joining for Dangdut Festival in Jabodetabek after back in her hometown, due to too long for uncertainly for recording. In competition, Suzan winning an first champion and earn the trophy from legend dangdut singer Rhoma Irama. After that, an producer inviting Suzan for recording debut studio album, Mabok Duit by Rajawali Records and its album and single had popularity in Indonesian dangdut radio. Suzan also written her hits single, such as “Jangan Buang Waktuku”, “Muara Kasih Bunda”, “Khusus Malam Ini”, and many other.

Suzan had releasing two hits single: “Sabda Cinta” with Iyeth Bustami and “Tak Bisa Menunggu” which making her winning first awards for Best Contemporary Dangdut Female Solo Artist in Anugerah Musik Indonesia on 2011.[1]

Suzan return to releasing first collaboration album, titled 2 in 1 with Iis Dahlia. A year later, Suzan releasing her first-EP’ album Jangan Dekati Aku by Hup Hup Sdn Bhd, an Malaysian record label in Kuala Lumpur.
