Happy Channel is a television channel based in Bucharest, Romania. Launched in 7 March 2016, it is part of the Intact group, formerly owned by the businessman and politician Dan Voiculescu.

The TV channel is dedicated to women and their families, being in direct competition with Media PRO Acasă TV channel.
