The European Law Reporter is a long-standing specialist journal, which seeks to put the spotlight on the rapid developments in EU and EEA law. The journal, which is published bi-monthly was founded in 1998. The ELR publishes articles, case-notes and book reviews in both English and German which typically focus on the recent jurisprudence of the Court of Justice of the European Union, EFTA Court, and the European Court of Human Rights. The ELR also publishes case-notes on supreme court judgments with a European dimension.
