Fanbak is a minor language of Ambrym Island, Vanuatu.
Lynch and Crowley (2001) call the language "Orkon". While the residents of the village of Orkon are reported to have spoken a different language before moving to the village of Fanbak and giving it up for the Fanbak language, the language reported by Lynch & Crowley was actually Fanbak. Fanbak village has been abandoned, with residents now living among speakers of North Ambrym.[1]
