Felix Kaplan
Felix C. "F.C." Kaplan (May 17, 1897 – July 5, 1989)[1] was an American politician and businessman.
Born in Owatonna, Minnesota, Kaplan went to Owatonna High School. He then went to Hamline University and received his bachelor's degree from University of Minnesota. He worked as a veteran agricultural training instruction and worked for New York Insurance. Kaplan served in the Minnesota House of Representatives from 1949 to 1954 and lived in Aitkin County, Minnesota.[2]
