Francisco Bautista Cuamatzi (born September 17, 1972 in Contla de Juan Cuamatzi, Tlaxcala) is a male long-distance runner from Mexico. He represented his native country at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, PR China, where he finished in 66th place in the men's marathon event, clocking 2:29.28. Bautista set his personal best (2:11.44) in the marathon on March 7, 2004 in Torreón.
