A Fusion Block System is new type of onboard thermal management module within the computing industry. It combines water cooling and air cooling. By mounting it on a heatpipe module, all the heat generated by the computer's components can be conducted to the system and removed simultaneously by coolant.
The concept and technology was first introduced by ASUSTek in 2007 on the Intel P35 chipset platform. It is now a popular component on high-end motherboards.
