Gero Storjohann
Gero Storjohann (born 12 February 1958 in Bad Segeberg) is a German politician. He is a member of the CDU party. Since 2002 he is a MP of the German Bundestag as the representative for the constituency of Segeberg – Stormarn-Mitte. Storjohann is also vice chairman of the petition committee of the German Bundestag since 2005.[1]
Biography
After high school, Storjohann served as a Bundeswehr soldier from 1978 to 1980. Afterwards, in 1982, he completed vocational training as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant. In 1987, Storjohann graduated in Business Administration at Fachhochschule Kiel. From 1988 to 1994 he worked for Deutsche Bundespost. Storjohann is a member of Junge Union since 1975 and of CDU party since 1977. In 1994, he was elected into Landtag of Schleswig-Holstein and has been a member of the Landtag until he was elected into the Bundestag in 2002.[1]
Storjohann is married and has three sons.[1]
