The company was originally based in a small office in Gdynia, and gradually expanded to the other cities. GetResponse operates worldwide, with offices in the US, Poland, Canada and Russia offering online solutions, including Email marketing, video conferencing platform ClickMeeting and streaming rich media.[16][17] [18][19][20]

GetResponse email marketing is available internationally in 14 languages.[21][22][23] The company launched mobile application for its product on iTunes and Android, later for browser based applications.
GetResponse users pay a variable amount per month based on their subscriber count. Regardless of subscriber count, customers have access to all features.[24]
