Gmina Grodziec is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Konin County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Grodziec, which lies approximately 25 kilometres (16 mi) south-west of Konin and 89 km (55 mi) south-east of the regional capital Poznań.
The gmina covers an area of 117.72 square kilometres (45.5 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 5,233.
