Gordon Tredgold (born 1969) is a British speaker, business transformation and leadership expert who has helped restructure Fortune 100 companies. He has written three books about leadership and management techniques. Titles include Leadership: It’s a Marathon, Not a Sprint and F.A.S.T., shortlisted by CMI for Management Book of the Year 2017.[1]

Personal life

Tredgold was born in Leeds, England in 1969. He graduated from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology in 1984 with a degree in mathematics. He now lives in South Florida with his family.

Career

Tredgold has worked with companies such as Henkel, Deutsche Post DHL, Cable and Wireless in restructuring their businesses to work more efficiently. Since 2014, he has written three books on leadership and now coaches business executives on the topic of leadership.

Tredgold has been named by Inc Magazine as a Top 100 Leadership Expert.[2][3] Tredgold is also ranked #2 on the Top 15 Must Read Leadership Blogs.[4] and #4 on the Top 50 Most Socially Shared Leadership Blogs.[5] He is also a Visiting Professor at Staffordshire University, a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management and a member of the National Speaker’s Association.
