Gould's long-eared bat (Nyctophilus gouldi) is a microbat found in eastern Australia from Queensland to Victoria as well as in south-west Western Australia. Their distribution extend into semi-arid regions along rivers.[1] These bats roost in tree hollows and eat a variety of insects. In southern Australia, they hibernate over winter from April until September.
