Goutam Kumar Jain, (born 16 March 1981) is an Indian businessman who is executive director of M Tech Informatics Ltd.[1] He has interests in mobile manufacturing and distribution, Information Technology, E-commerce, distribution and production, advertisement, and investments. He brings with him a combination of Innovation, Motivation, Negotiation and Integrity.[2] After mobile and other business his dream to pursue a film career took him to film industry as producer, he is the producer of Bollywood movie Saansein, The film stars Rajneesh Duggal, Sonarika Bhadoria, Hiten Tejwani & Neetha Shetty.[3]

Business

Co-founder & Executive Director, M Tech Informatics Pvt. Ltd., Established in 2010, M Tech Mobile provides quality affordable mobile handsets solutions to customers across the country. Recorded a turnover of INR 130 crore (FY 2015-16). M Tech has recently bagged Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Award as most promising brand of the year 2016. M Tech has also bagged Most Emerging brand of the year 2015 by Mobility and Rajiv Gandhi Excellence Award under his leadership.[4]

Goutam entered the field of social entrepreneurship as Advisor with SUIT (Societal Upliftment Initiative Trust) an NGO which work towards educating underprivileged children. SUIT is currently working in 5 states (10 districts) with the support of 13 implementing partners. SUIT is supporting holistic knowledge development for over 600 children. SUIT has initiated 12 informal education centers with 1 evening class center and 11 night classes.

Founder and CEO, GPA Productions LLP, a dynamic film productions house. GPA Productions LLP is established with the objective to produce, buy, sell and export or otherwise deal in cinematographic films, televisions films, video films and video cassettes. It also act as manufactures, distributors, purchasers and sellers of all kind of films and to produce and distribute motion pictures and to act as distributors and exhibitors of motion pictures produced by other companies.[5]

Goutam often follows his instincts to make the right choice. When not working, he likes to spend time with family and loves to write scripts when he makes time between meetings during business trips.

Personal life

Goutam Kumar Jain was born in Thakurganj (Bihar) in a Jain family. His father was a business man in Thakurganj. After completing his graduation in commerce he moved to Siliguri, West Bengal to start his own business in 2005. In 2010 Goutam Jain established his own mobile company,M-Tech.[6] He later got married to Taruna Jain and has two children, son Samyak Jain and a daughter Chahak Jain. Currently he is living in Delhi with his family
