The eleventh series of the British television drama series Grange Hill began broadcasting on 5 January 1988, before ending on 11 March 1988 on BBC One. The series follows the lives of the staff and pupils of the eponymous school, an inner-city London comprehensive school. It consists of twenty episodes.

An interesting cultural change is apparent from one of the storylines in the early episodes where a boy is driven to school by his mother. (Other schoolchildren find it strange that he is driven to school and he is bullied because of this). Within 20 years the notorious school run had become the norm in the UK with almost all children there being driven to school by their parents.
