Greatest Hits (P-Square album)
Greatest Hits is a compilation album by Nigerian duo P-Square, released on May 5, 2013 by Square Records. It is composed of "No One Like You", "Do Me", "Chop My Money", "Beautiful Onyinye", "E No Easy", "Danger", "Ifunanya", "Temptation" and "Bizzy Body". It also includes one new song entitled "Alingo".[1] Upon its release, the album was made available on iTunes,[1] Rhapsody,[2] Google Play[3] and Myspace.[4]
Singles
"Alingo" was released on August 15, 2012 as the first and only single from the album.[5] The song is also the lead single from the duo's sixth studio album, Double Trouble (2014). Upon its release, it eclipsed the 5 million views mark on YouTube. It peaked at number 1 on MTV Base's Official Naija Top 10 Chart from March 22 through March 28, 2013, surpassing 2 Face Idibia's Ihe Neme.[6] The song also peaked at number 1 on Afribiz's Top 100 chart.[7] It was originally leaked to the public. The duo recorded the song prior to the "Love AfroBeats Festival" which occurred at the HMV Apollo in London.[8]
