Green Oasis School (Chinese: 城市绿洲学校), commonly abbreviated as GOS, is a privately owned primary and secondary school, located in the Tianmian area of Futian, Shenzhen City. The school has approximately 680 students. While around 50% of the students are from mainland China there are 40 different nationalities represented in the school cohort. The school prides itself on offering a British Education in the heart of Shenzhen where the Chinese language is taught alongside the National Curriculum for England.. The classes are set for native and second language speakers to enable all students to have the correct level of instruction. English is the language of the classroom in all other subjects, although some students have difficulty in speaking English all the time.
