This is a Chinese name; the family name is Guanqiu.
Guanqiu Dian (died 255), courtesy name Zibang (子邦), was an official of the state of Cao Wei during the Three Kingdoms period. He was the eldest son of Guanqiu Jian. When the state power of Wei fell into the hands of the regent Sima Shi, Guanqiu Dian advised his father to start a rebellion against Sima. He ended up escaping from the capital Luoyang before forming his rebel army. Guanqiu Dian was murdered while this event was taking place.
