Héctor Rangel
Héctor Rangel (born 20 August 1980 in Saltillo, Coahuila)[1] is a Mexican road bicycle racer. He competed at the 2012 Summer Olympics in the Men's road race and finished 38th.[2]
Hector won the 106 mile 2016 Tour de Tucson with a time of 4 hours 10 minutes and 47.12 seconds.[3]
