Harlan Disberry McChesney was the tenth head football coach for Emporia State University in Emporia, Kansas and he held that position for the 1918 season. His overall coaching record at ESU was 2 wins, 2 losses, and 0 ties. This ranks him 18th at ESU in terms of total wins and ninth at ESU in terms of winning percentage.[1] He was a veteran of the Iowa National Guard.[2]
He died in Utah of a cerebral hemorrhage 1954.[3]
