HMCS Star

HMCS Star is a unit of the Royal Canadian Navy's Reserve and is located in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.[1]

The unit was formed in 1923 and is named after HMS Star (originally commissioned HMS Lord Melville), a warship which served in the Royal Navy's Lake Ontario squadron during the War of 1812.[2]
