Hakea ferruginea is a shrub of the genus Hakea native to an area a small area in the Wheatbelt and an area along the south coast of the Great Southern and Goldfields-Esperance regions of Western Australia.[1]

The erect rounded non-lignotuberous shrub typically grows to a height of 1 to 4.5 metres (3 to 15 ft). It blooms from July to November and produces white-cream flowers.
