Hello Design is a web design agency located in Culver City, California. It was founded in 1999 by CEO/Creative Director David Lai[1] and Creative Director Hiro Niwa. Hello[2] develops interactive strategy and web experiences, implementing projects in mediums including web, touchscreen, interface design for applications, e-commerce, mobile, social media, and gaming.

Hello's first collaboration started with the Getty Museum. Since then they have worked with Fortune 500 companies and global brands[3] and also arts, education, and nonprofit organizations. Hello's clients include Herman Miller,[4] Sony,[5] Toyota,[6] USA Network,[7] Dermalogica, Callaway Golf, the Museum of Modern Art,[8] National Geographic, and the Los Angeles Philharmonic.[9]

Hello is part of the MDC Partners network,[10] which includes agencies such as Crispin Porter + Bogusky, kirshenbaum bond senecal + partners, mono,[11] and Bruce Mau Design.

Hello has been recognized with awards including: a Cannes Lion, the Webby Awards,[12] One Show Pencil, BDA Isis, ADDY Awards, and a couple of Flash Film Festival Arrows. Hello has also won awards and recognition from these publications and organizations: Communication Arts, I.D., HOW,[13] Print, STEP,[14] WebAward,[15] SXSW, D&AD, The Art Director's Club, FITC,[16] Graphis, Taschen, and the AIGA.[17]
