Hells Gate State Park is a state park of Idaho, USA, at the entrance of Hells Canyon, the deepest canyon in North America. The canyon was carved by the Snake River. Hells Gate has the lowest elevation of an Idaho state park, at 733 feet (223 m) above sea level.
