Hidemi Miyashita (宮下 日出海, born 11 May 1957) is a Japanese male former weightlifter, who competed in the 52 kg category and represented Japan at international competitions. He won several medals at the 1982, 1993 and 1984 World championships. His first medal was the silver medal in the snatch at the 1982 World Weightlifting Championships lifting 110.0 kg. He participated at the 1984 Summer Olympics in the 52 kg event.[1]
