High & Dry was a short-lived 1987 British television sitcom made by Yorkshire Television and starring Bernard Cribbins.
It was developed (via a pilot, Walking the Planks) from the BBC radio series It Sticks Out Half a Mile, itself a sequel to Dad's Army.
Despite the short-lived sitcom's success, only one series was ever made, though a second series was considered but never actually made.
