Hiram Chapman

Hiram Chapman was an American politician from Maine. Chapman, a Democrat from Damariscotta, Maine, was elected to 8 single year terms in the Maine Legislature, including 4 in the Maine House of Representatives and 4 in the Maine Senate.[1] Chapman was Senate President in 1857.[2]
