Hiroyuki Kai (born (1978-07-17)17 July 1978) is a retired Japanese male volleyball player. He was part of the Japan men's national volleyball team at the 2002 FIVB Volleyball Men's World Championship in Argentina.[1] He played for Sakai Blazers, Osaka, JPN.
