Hoani Wiremu Hipango

Hoani Wiremu Hipango (c. 1820 – 25 February 1865) was a New Zealand tribal leader, teacher and assessor. Of Māori descent, he identified with the Te Ati Haunui-a-Paparangi iwi. [1]
