The House at 1240 Cocoanut Road (also known as the Dickenson House) is a historic home in Boca Raton, Florida. It is located at 1240 Cocoanut Road. The architect was Maurice Fatio. On August 17, 2001, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.
