House of Valaya
The House of Valaya is a luxury fashion and lifestyle house in India. It is involved in design, manufacturing and retail of apparels (Couture, Diffusion and Prêt-o-Porter), home accessories and signature tapestries under a host of brand names. It was founded by brothers JJ Valaya and TJ Singh in 1992.[1]
The House of Valaya is located at Manesar on the outskirts of New Delhi. The factory space covers 40,000 sq. feet.
The Diasun is a stamp that authenticates the products from the House of Valaya. To prevent plagiarism of Valaya creations, the group developed a pattern that would be a part of each garment manufactured by the design house. It is a significant concept in the Indian design and brand protection scenario. Being the first one to adopt this, the group has not only enabled its collections to be easily identified by prospective clients but has also provided for additional recourses for protecting them.[2][3][4]
