How Mill railway station

How Mill railway station was a station which served the tiny village of The How, South-West of Brampton, England. The station was closed in 1959, just four years before the Beeching Axe.

The How was on one side of the station, actually almost a mile away while the Mill was on the other side. The Mill was/is a sawmill and a house where the family live(d) who own the Mill. A level crossing was in place in the early 1940s.
