Hyposmocoma ochreocervina is a species of moth of the Cosmopterigidae family. It is endemic to Oahu. The type locality are the Waianae Mountains, where it was collected on an altitude of 3,000 feet.
The food plant is unknown, but the moths were found on Metrosideros.
