Isaac Samuel Leevy Johnson (born May 16, 1942) was an American politician in the state of South Carolina. He served in the South Carolina House of Representatives from 1971 to 1980, representing Richland County, South Carolina. An alumnus of the University of Minnesota and University of South Carolina, he is a lawyer and funeral director.[1] He was the first black president of the South Carolina Bar Association.[2]
