Ihor Melnyk (Ukrainian: Ігор Васильович Мельник; born 21 August 1986 in Ukrainian SSR) is a professional Ukrainian football striker who currently plays for Canadian Soccer League club Toronto Atomic FC.
Melnyk is the product of the Lviv Oblast Sportive School System. He spent large part of his career as a player in different clubs of the Ukrainian First League and the Ukrainian Premier League.[1]In 2015, he went abroad to Canada to sign with Toronto Atomic FC of the Canadian Soccer League.[2]In his debut season with Toronto he won the CSL Rookie of the Year award.[3]
