Ilja Antonov (born 5 December 1992) is an Estonian professional footballer who plays for Estonian club Levadia and the Estonia national football team. He plays as a midfielder.
Club career
Puuma
Antonov began playing football with Puuma Academy. He played for the II liiga side Ararat in 2008, and the Esiliiga side Kiviõli Tamme Auto in 2009, before making his debut for Puuma first-team squad in 2010.
Levadia
In 2012, Antonov signed for the Meistriliiga side Levadia. During his first season in Levadia, Antonov scored three goals in 33 games as Levadia finished second.[1]
International career
Antonov made his international debut for Estonia on 8 November 2012, in a friendly match against Oman.[2] He scored his first goal on 17 November 2015 against Saint Kitts and Nevis.[3]
