Industriales en Balanceo
Industriales en Balanceo is a Mexican manufacturer and marketer of industrial fans, textile ducts and coils.[1] The company is best known for its brand name EVISA, founded in 1957 by its owner Mr. Miguel Ortega in Mexico City, Mexico. During its first years, the company was dedicated to design industrial ventilation systems and air conditioning with Italian technology. Nowadays, they develop products with their own technology, providing diverse air conditioning systems products.[2] Headquartered in Tlalnepantla, Mexico,[3] the company operates through its various representatives in Mexico and Latin America, although it exports its products worldwide. Its current chairman and chief executive is founder's daughter Verónica Ortega.[4]
History
Evisa was coined in 1957, being registered at the Mexican Institute of Industrial property, with register number 515310.[5] In 1962, the company agreed with the New York Blower Company (nyb) to transfer technology and became a manufacturer of their products, including AF6 and AF7, as well as Vent-Set fans. It also manufactured air handling machines, air washers and other systems. Today the company is solely dedicated to manufacture industrial fans, and market textile ducts, better known as air socks, and coils, ending its relationship with nyb in 2003.[6] Evisa bought its own shop in 1982, headquartering in one of the major areas dedicated to industrial development: Tlalnepantla, Mexico. With an area of 7,500m², the shop is capable of producing larger industrial fans, becoming one of the few manufacturers in Mexico and Latin America capable of this production.[7]
Products
Among the list of products the company offers, Evisa offers Industrial Fans and Blowers to move air in all types of commercial and industrial applications. Today, they offer a complete portfolio including thousands of different types, models and sizes of air-movement equipment. The company is able to design and engineer blowers and fans specialized to all kinds of needs for various industries customizing solutions that meet the specific requirements. They are also sellers of other types of products revolving the industry, such as air socks and coils. Industriales en Balanceo also offers in-situ and in-the-shop balancing services (which is one of its specialties), air socks washing services and repairs, spare parts manufacturing, etc. Having all kinds of high quality products, the company appears as a great seller and manufacturer for many countries because of the benefits or manufacturing in Mexico. The company also provides a free copy of their selecting fan CD (downloadable on their website), as well as various Spanish articles regarding fan selection, industrial ventilation and other topics.

Evisa is one of the few companies in Mexico member of AMCA International[8] AHR Expo Mexico.[9]
