Innovestment GmbH is a German website for crowdfunding equity investments based in Berlin and Frankfurt. It was founded by Filipe da Costa, Daniel Appelhoff, Alexander Rajko and Norbert Töpker in 2011. Pricing for equities are set by auction. Investors can participate with €250. The first successful auction was held on 25 December 2011. 66 investor bid on shares for Particular GmbH, a producer of nanoparticles for biotechnology and medical use. The auction increased the Particular’s estimated value by 75%.[1] [2] [3]
