Jakub Novotný (born April 20, 1979) is a former Czech volleyball player, a member of Czech Republic men's national volleyball team, double Polish Champion (2010, 2011), sports director of the Czech Volleyball Federation.

Career

With PGE Skra Bełchatów he won two titles of Polish Champion (2010, 2011), Polish Cup 2011 and bronze medal of CEV Champions League 2009/2010, two silver medals of FIVB Club World Championship (2009, 2010). In 2011 he left club from Bełchatów and came back to Czech Republic.[1] He has been playing in Jihostroj České Budějovice for 2 seasons and then he decided to end up career.

He serves as sports director of the Czech Volleyball Federation.[2]
