Jay Wickham
Jay Wickham of Peosta, Iowa is a Dubuque County Supervisor.[1] He was appointed on Monday, March 7, 2016, to fill the position on the county Board of Supervisors left open with Tom Hancock’s death Jan. 31.[2] Mr. Wickham was interviewed on the Mediacom Newsleaders TV show by newscaster Shelly Till in March 2016 after starting his position as Dubuque County Supervisor.

Early life and Family
Jay Wickham was born in 1965 in Dubuque, Iowa to Thomas J. Wickham Sr. and Brenda J. Wickham. He is the fourth oldest of 8 children in the Wickham family which includes; Lynn Wickham Hartman, Sally Wickham Welsh, John Wickham, Thomas Wickham Jr., Matthew Wickham, Andrew Wickham and Luke Wickham. The Wickham family resided in Epworth, Iowa from 1962-2009.
Experience
Jay Wickham was a co-founder of sign management software company, Cartegraph. He manages StartUp Dubuque and is the executive director of the Northeast Iowa Small Business Development Center in Dubuque.[3]
