Jeffrey Ellis Farnsworth (born October 6, 1975) is a former Major League Baseball pitcher.
Farnsworth was born in Wichita, Kansas, and played for the Detroit Tigers in 2002. He started the 2012 season playing for the Camden Riversharks of the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball, but was dealt midseason to the Sugar Land Skeeters, where he is currently playing.
Despite both men being from Wichita, Kansas, Jeff is unrelated to former major league pitcher Kyle Farnsworth.
