Joe Binion (born March 26, 1961) is a retired American basketball player.

Born in Rochester, New York, Binion played collegiately for the North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and was selected by the San Antonio Spurs in the 3rd round (57th pick overall) of the 1984 NBA Draft. Binion played for the Portland Trail Blazers (1986–87) in the NBA for 11 games. Later he played overseas.[1]
