Joel Alberto Silva (born 13 January 1989) is a Paraguayan international footballer who plays for Deportes Tolima, as a goalkeeper.
Career
Silva played for Guaraní from 2007 to 2012. In 2013 at Luqueño.[1]
He made his international debut for Paraguay in 2011,[1] and appeared at the 2009 FIFA U-20 World Cup where he was the team captain.[2]
