John Skardon is an Australian rugby league player who played professionally for the Gold Coast Seagulls and the North Queensland Cowboys.
Playing career
Skardon played for the Ivanhoes junior rugby league club in the Cairns District Rugby League competition.[1] He also represented Cairns in the Foley Shield competition.[2]
In 1993 Skardon joined the Gold Coast Seagulls in the NSWRL Premiership. He played for the club for two seasons before joining the new North Queensland Cowboys franchise. Skardon played in the Cowboys inaugural match in 1995 and stayed with the club for two more seasons, until the end of the 1997 Super League season.
