Jon Booras (born December 17, 1982) is an American professional ice hockey player. He is currently playing with the Orlik Opole of the Polska Hokej Liga.
During the 2010–11 season he was voted the most valuable player of the Bloomington Blaze in fan balloting.[1] He finished the 2014–15 ECHL campaign tallying 63 points, good for 30th in the league.
Booras was the third leading scorer in the 2015-16 MOL Liga campaign, scoring 35 goals for DVTK Jegesmedvék. His 68 points were tied for fourth in the league. He led all players with 19 points in the playoffs to lead DVTK Jegesmedvék to their second straight MOL Liga championship. Booras was named the league's postseason MVP.[2]
