Justin Smith is an American actor best known for his roles on The CW drama The Vampire Diaries, the ABC Family TV movie My Future Boyfriend, and the 2013 20th Century Fox hit A Good Day To Die Hard.

Growing up in a small town outside of Central Florida, Justin began acting in local and regional theatre. But it wasn't until he was in college, when a friend convinced him to audition for a film they were producing, that he even considered a career in acting. That audition turned into Justin co-starring alongside Al Lewis, Grandpa Munster from "The Munsters", in the indie feature film, Night Terror (Al Lewis' last film). Soon after, Justin gained momentum co-hosting the nationally syndicated morning show, "The Daily Buzz". However, this was short lived as his next project took him to South Africa to work on another independent feature, "The Silent Fall". Justin spent 4 months filming throughout Cape Town, South Africa gaining some much appreciated life experience.

After returning from South Africa, Justin found himself in New York City where he landed his first major television role in the CBS soap opera, "As the World Turns". This led to other roles in shows like "Army Wives", "Burn Notice" and "Drop Dead Diva". Justin spent a number of years working on the east coast before moving to Los Angeles, California where he now lives.
